Questions about licences
Can I set up several users with the Basic plan?
Basic is a single-user licence with up to 500 contacts. For teams, there are the Pro and Enterprise multi-user licences with unlimited contacts.
What is the difference between Enterprise and Pro?
Enterprise additionally includes the Reports module and an interface to financial accounting (FiBu).
How is billing handled and how can I cancel?
Payment is made quarterly in advance. The notice period is 6 weeks to the end of a quarter.
Will my trial data be transferred?
Yes. If you choose a paid licence after the trial, you can transfer your data from the trial account.
